Message from the Director

In 2019, the Center for Global Health and Medicine is established in Gifu University Hospital.

In recent years, we have been hearing more and more about "Globalization" and "Internationalization" in every field.
Globalization" and "Internationalization" in the fields of medicine and health are very important issues for the Japanese medical community.

The Center for Global Health and Medicine is working to contribute to the improvement of medical care and medicine from Gifu to Japan and around the world by diligently carrying out the following four missions.

    Globalization

  • Creating an environment in which foreign patients can receive advanced treatment with peace of mind.
  • International contribution by accepting trainees from overseas and dispatching lecturers to overseas.

    • Internationalization

  • Promoting international joint clinical trials and research to disseminate advanced medical care from Gifu to the rest of the world.
  • Fostering medical professionals who can play an active role in the world.
