Gifu University Hospital strives to provide an environment in which international patients can enjoy advanced medical care. Our center facilitates interaction among various units in our hospital to better treat international patients and their families.
Multilingual support for international patients including use of Mediphone
Service
Our hospital offers the medical interpreter service "Mediphone" to provide medical interpretation for numerous languages including Portuguese, Persian and Tagalog as well as English and Chinese. Bulletins and forms are available in both Japanese and English, including health-related questionnaires, medical certificates and referral letters.
